You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
Limited Right to Use:The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. Payments: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Returns:
Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the best quality products, service and purchasing experience.
We
stand by the products we carry but in the event that you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you are protected by our
30-day satisfaction guarantee policy.
All unopened items will be
accepted for a full 100 % refund (less shipping and handling costs) 30
days from time of delivery. Returnable Products must be 100% complete,
in BRAND NEW and unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its
original packing material and include all manuals, blank warranty cards
and all accessories provided at the time of delivery. We will not
accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer
supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and
tear.
Opened products (not used) are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Products that have been previously used are not refundable. If
you wish to return products, please notify us first via email at sales@tetratronics.com or call us at 623-536-7242.
Damaged
products: Tetratronics makes every effort to ensure that your
order arrives undamaged, in the unfortunate event of a damage please
follow these steps.
(1) Contact us via email immediately afterwards so that we can resolve the situation.
(2)Keep all of the packing materials
If
damage is not noted and communicated to us immediately, Tetratronics may not be able to replace or repair the damaged item(s).
Please
be aware : Tetratronics, will not be responsible for lost or
stolen products once it has been delivered to your address. To ensure
successful delivery, please have ordered products delivered to a
business or a residence.
